Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Executive Support Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As an Executive Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing top-notch IT support and services to our high-profile clients, including senior leaders and critical business users. Your expertise will ensure the seamless delivery of IT services, resolving technical issues, and implementing process improvements to enhance the overall client experience. Key Responsibilities Deliver daily IT services and solutions, including consulting with leaders, troubleshooting issues, technical analysis, and solution development Monitor end-to-end delivery of services, proactively communicate issues to clients, and provide alternative solutions as needed Coordinate and communicate support issues across various vendors and providers for impacting issues Ensure client concerns regarding service issues are handled appropriately Maintain a detailed understanding of the Client Services portfolio of services and establish strong relationships with all areas of IT service delivery Implement and manage continuous improvement activities to better enable solutions for clients Assist Enterprise Technology product managers, engineers in process and planning practices in accordance with the executive and broad client community Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards Build framework and support documentation as required in the knowledge base Provide home IT support and solutions for defined clients Offer late-night support for IT projects, special events, high-priority incidents, and executive client requests as needed Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3 years of experience or 7 years of relevant work experience Experience working in an IT client support role, delivering a personalized experience Proven ability to handle client calls demonstrating professional communication skills Ability to work independently while maintaining transparency on critical issues Capacity to analyze complex business/technical data and develop creative solutions Experience prioritizing and running expectations in high-pressure/time-sensitive situations while maintaining integrity Ability to communicate technical information to clients in a way consistent with their technical expertise Attention to detail Ability to lift, carry, and move computer equipment Ability to work in a production-type environment requires a flexible schedule Preferred Qualifications Functional knowledge of Video Conferencing and A/V technologies in an enterprise environment Experience using and supporting iOS, Apple/Mac devices, Windows, Active Directory, Exchange/Outlook, SharePoint, enterprise collaboration tools Skills and Competencies Strong technical skills, including experience with Windows operating system, Mac OS, iOS, Android, Active Directory, Cisco VOIP, JAMF Casper, Video Conferencing, remote connectivity, Citrix, virtualization, VPN, TCP/IP, wireless and mobile networking, Mobile Device Management, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Exchange, A/V equipment, Helpdesk ticketing systems, hard drive encryption products, enterprise backup products, SAP, SCCM, Microsoft administration tools, network printing, and client/home/soho networking equipment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
