Job Overview In this critical role, you will be responsible for assigning trips to dispatchers, coordinating evening trips, and providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex members. As a Trip Assignment Specialist, you will work closely with the dispatch team to ensure that all trips are assigned efficiently and effectively, taking into account the language spoken by the member, the dispatcher's schedule, and other relevant factors. Your expertise and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring that all members receive the highest level of service and care. Key Responsibilities Assign approximately 700-900 trips per night to dispatchers in the Health-E Rides system, ensuring that all trips are allocated efficiently and effectively Build dispatchers' daily schedules, taking into account breaks, lunches, and other relevant factors to ensure seamless operations Determine which dispatchers are eligible for certain trips based on the language spoken by the member, ensuring that all members receive culturally sensitive and effective communication Stack trips to contracted arenaflex Partners, ensuring that all trips are coordinated and executed smoothly Answer inbound calls from members during evening hours, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner Coordinate evening trips as they come in, ensuring that all members receive prompt and reliable transportation services Assist with arenaflex Partner-related administrative tasks, such as payment processing, to ensure that all partners are supported and enabled to provide excellent services Assist with Level 1 administrative tickets in Zendesk, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in dispatching and coordinating transportation, preferably in the healthcare industry. You should be consistently reliable, able to work evening shifts, and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. A strong understanding of logistics, transportation, and customer service principles is essential, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
