Role Overview and Responsibilities As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will be working remotely, engaging with customers, and introducing them to our innovative Cutco products. Your primary responsibilities will include: Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions Conducting product demonstrations, explaining features, and highlighting the benefits of our Cutco products Processing orders, managing customer accounts, and ensuring timely delivery of products Meeting and exceeding sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Collaborating with our training team to continuously improve your sales, networking, and communication skills Creating a schedule that works best for you, with the flexibility to work part-time or full-time, depending on your preferences and commitments Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base pay of $25.00 per appointment, which is not based on sales or results. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to earn incentives and commissions based on your performance, providing a potential to increase your earnings.
