About the Role: Enterprise Customer Success Manager We are seeking an experienced and motivated Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team. Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews at an executive level, demonstrating both the qualitative and quantitative value that blithequark brings to our customers. Champion customer retention and partner with our sales team to identify and pursue upsell opportunities, further enhancing the value proposition for our customers. Advocate for customer needs, educating them on the adoption of new features and enhancements to our product, ensuring they stay at the forefront of AI-driven customer engagement solutions. Confidently navigate ambiguous environments, collaborating both internally and externally to solve complex pain points for your customers and drive success. Function as the voice of the customer within blithequark, providing invaluable feedback on how we can better serve our enterprise customers and continuously improve our offerings. Essential Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have: 6+ years of experience in an enterprise environment, with a background in Customer Success, Sales, Support/Service, or customer-facing roles, demonstrating a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to drive success. A strong eagerness to learn, adapt to new technologies, and embrace calculated risks to drive innovation and customer satisfaction. A data-driven and process-oriented mindset, with a proven track record of enhancing products, processes, and teams in your professional experience.
