About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be part of a unique culture that values exceptional customer service, cutting-edge technology, and innovative solutions. You will have the opportunity to work with a new program designed to assist consumers with mobility challenges, providing support and guidance through social media applications, phone, video chat, or online chat. Your goal will be to deliver an exceptional member experience in every interaction, providing insightful advice and direct support to members in need. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional member experiences in every interaction, building trust and loyalty to the program Offer insightful advice and direct support to members in need, diagnosing issues and providing resolution with teaching and guidance Partner with legacy app owners for troubleshooting and resolution, ensuring seamless support for our members Research and resolve billing or payment issues, providing timely and effective solutions Own the member experience from start to finish, making decisions on whether to escalate or how to address issues, ensuring members are delighted and eager to continue utilizing the program Identify and present out-of-the-box ideas and changes to other team members, contributing to the continuous improvement of the program What You Bring to the Role To be successful in this role, you will need to bring a passion for exceptional customer service, the automotive industry, and cutting-edge technology. You should have: A high school diploma required; Associate or bachelor's degree is a plus 3 - 5 years of experience in customer service, training, public relations, public affairs, sales, or marketing Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written Savvy with the use of technology, software, and social media applications (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest), with a commitment to continuously keeping up with current technology trends Essential Qualifications In addition to the above requirements, you should be a team player with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow with our organization. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail and a high level of quality.
