Position Overview As a valued member of our team, the Energy Services Data Entry Clerk will play a vital role in maintaining organized and up-to-date digital files to support the day-to-day operations of our Energy Services Programs. As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from home, attending meetings, calls, and responding to emails as needed. Key Responsibilities Input and maintain updated client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting the current production pipeline. Monitor emails, logging documents, and communications in the Monday.com platform upon receipt. Follow program guidelines for the use of all required database systems, including Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc. Maintain organized digital and paper participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements. Collaborate with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services. Assist with various clerical duties, such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc. Maintain availability for remote work, attending meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as needed. Attend all required staff meetings, supervision, training, and contractual meetings. Participate in mandatory agency training and other relevant professional development activities. Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of the role. Perform related work as required. Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need: An Associate degree or equivalent professional experience. Two years of experience in Human Service or a related field, or applicable work experience working with diverse individuals and families with low incomes. Additional appropriate education may be substituted for experience, or additional directly related experience may be substituted for education. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and external partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with database management systems, including Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience working in a non-profit or human services organization. Knowledge of energy services programs and policies. Experience with remote work and virtual communication tools. Certification in data entry, clerical administration, or a related field.
