Position Overview As a valued member of our energy services team, the Data Entry Clerk will play a vital role in maintaining organized and up-to-date digital files. This position is crucial for the day-to-day operations of our Energy Services Programs, ensuring that all client information is accurately and efficiently managed. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with our program staff. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Monitor emails, log documents, and communications in the Monday.com platform upon receipt, adhering to our strict data management protocols. Follow program guidelines for the use of all required database systems, including Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc., to maintain compliance and consistency across our operations. Maintain organized digital and paper participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements, and contributing to our commitment to transparency and accountability. Collaborate with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services, fostering a cohesive and effective team environment. Assist with various clerical duties, such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc., to ensure the smooth operation of our administrative functions. Maintain availability for remote work, attending meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a remote work setting. Attend all required staff meetings, supervision, training, and contractual meetings to stay informed and aligned with our organizational goals and objectives. Participate in mandatory agency training and other relevant professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge, contributing to personal and professional growth. Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of the role, upholding the trust and privacy of our clients and stakeholders. Perform related work as required, demonstrating a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and contribute to the team's success. Required Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, candidates should possess: An Associate degree or equivalent professional experience, providing a foundation in administrative practices and data management. Two years of experience in Human Service or a related field, or applicable work experience working with diverse individuals and families with low incomes, demonstrating an understanding of the challenges and opportunities in this sector. Additional appropriate education may be substituted for experience, or additional directly related experience may be substituted for education, allowing for a range of candidates to apply. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, as it will enable the candidate to communicate effectively with a broader range of clients and stakeholders, enhancing our service delivery and community engagement.
