Key Responsibilities Customer Service : Respond to customer service queries, such as order status inquiries, using templated messages via Email, Amazon, Live Chat, and Text Message, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer concerns. Customer Communication : Send text messages to customers at 5:30 PM UK time, advising them of multiple package deliveries using our SMS service, to ensure proactive communication and enhanced customer experience. Review Management : Flag negative reviews, A to Z claims, and chargebacks, and add them to a spreadsheet across UK and EU markets, to monitor and improve our online reputation and customer satisfaction. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential skills and experience: Experience : Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify platforms, with a deep understanding of e-commerce operations and customer service principles. Skills : Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluent), with the ability to craft clear and concise messages, and communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
