Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Drug Rebate Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of Medicaid Drug Rebate payments. Your contributions will have a direct impact on our ability to deliver exceptional services to our clients and improve the lives of the communities we serve. Key Responsibilities Process Medicaid Drug Rebate payments in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with Desk Level Procedures and contract requirements. Maintain quality, production, and compliance standards set by management, and support departmental initiatives that improve efficiency and workflows. Post and reconcile drug rebate payments in PRIMS and Process Manager systems, and track, maintain, and update weekly deposit spreadsheets and correspondence. Index, correct, and post historic payments as required, and manage deposit spreadsheets and coversheets for EFT payments from manufacturers. Assist with special projects to support operational success, and serve as a dependable contributor to team and organizational goals. What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical, business, and interpersonal skills. We are looking for individuals who are proficient in MS Office Suite, Adobe/Nitro, and general PC/Windows systems, and have familiarity with PRIMS, Process Manager, SSRS Reports, and Remote Desktop Connection. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external customers. Commitment to confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards, and a strong understanding of the importance of data accuracy and security. High-volume data entry skills, with accuracy and speed using 10-key proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, and familiarity with Adobe/Nitro and general PC/Windows systems. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external customers. Preferred Qualifications Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, healthcare administration, or information technology. Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical environment, with knowledge of Medicaid Drug Rebate programs and regulations. Familiarity with PRIMS, Process Manager, SSRS Reports, and Remote Desktop Connection, and experience with high-volume data entry and data management systems. Certification in data entry or a related field, such as Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES) or Certified Administrative Professional (CAP). Compensation, Perks, and Benefits The pay range for this position is $32,600 - $46,500 per year, depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
