Key Responsibilities Analyze structured and unstructured data using statistical, financial, AI, or business intelligence methods to inform business decisions and drive growth Collaborate with technology and other teams to integrate and implement risk management approaches and business processes Identify and assess new data sources (controlled and uncontrolled) that could add significant value to blithequark's products and services Develop and implement business process improvement strategies that drive productivity, efficiency, and profitability Provide expertise and guidance on risk management and business process improvement to cross-functional teams Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement Essential Qualifications Graduate degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field At least 1 year of experience in risk management, data analysis, and business process improvement Proven track record of analyzing complex data sets and developing strategic recommendations to drive business growth and improvement Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively Experience with MS Excel, Data Bricks, Python, R, SAS, SQL, Tableau, Terawatt, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Unix Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in a related field, such as a Master's or Ph.D. Professional certifications, such as FRM, CFA, or CFP Experience with machine learning, AI, or other advanced analytics techniques Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards, such as SOX, GDPR, or CCPA Experience with agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
