Job Overview The Director of Customer Operations is a critical role at arenaflex, responsible for interacting with our large, public client account groups and customers to design and deliver satisfaction of record-based hardware, service, and supply chain solutions that support our client value creation strategy. Working closely with the outreach team and our customers, the Director of Customer Operations plays a key role in driving refreshment quality, revenue, and profit for the organization, while ensuring proper cost management to help achieve our goal of becoming our customers' most valued provider. Key Responsibilities Lead customer selling efforts of operational products and services and customer stewardship, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Provide operational subject matter expertise to external clients and internal customer groups (sales, finance, and marketing), leveraging industry knowledge and best practices to deliver value-added solutions. Develop short- and long-term business operational plans for clients to identify key opportunities to drive refreshment quality, cost reduction, category growth, and more, using data-driven insights and analytical skills. Develop project plans with timelines, forecasts, resource allocation plans, and financial impact for key operational initiatives, leading internal project team resources and project communication with clients and account teams. Drive the development of annual strategies for Net Assistance Cost and Capital for your appointed set of national accounts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Identify key drivers of service to create solutions for refreshment equipment-related costs that reduce costs, increase quality, and deliver additional value to customers and arenaflex. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that align with our organizational requirements. These include: Education: Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience; graduate degree preferred. Related Work Experience: Past experience in a face-to-face customer sales or operations role approaching senior-level buyers, with a minimum of 4 years of general operations insight, 4 years of project management experience, and experience working with data, explicitly control, and analysis. Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, drive results-oriented solutions, and analyze complex data to inform business decisions.
