Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Product Manager to join our Automation Development team, focusing on the development and implementation of advanced live chat automation capabilities. As a vital member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers, data scientists, engineers, and business partners, to shape our conversational AI customer servicing products.
