Job Overview As a Digital Product Manager at blithequark, you will play a vital role in shaping our conversational AI client servicing products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, data scientists, engineers, and business partners, to define and deliver products that balance short-term improvements with long-term investments. Your expertise in client experience, conversational analysis, industry trends, and technical understanding will be essential in analyzing the performance of existing solutions and developing future capabilities.
