Transcribing data from audio and video content and uploading data from various sources, ensuring that all information is handled with care and precision. Reviewing source documents like checks, sales reports, and bills to ensure accurate data entry, and compiling, sorting, and verifying the accuracy of demographic, financial, and customer data before entry. Comparing entered data with source documents and using verification formats to correct any errors, maintaining detailed operational records and logs of completed work. Following organizational processes to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality, and prioritizing data entry tasks based on organizational needs or guidance from team leadership. Reviewing and correcting customer and account data as necessary, ensuring it remains accurate and up-to-date, and regularly purging files to avoid data duplication and performing database backups to secure information. Maintaining confidentiality and protecting operations by keeping sensitive information secure, and suggesting improvements for data collection processes, including form and template designs. Operating office equipment as needed to support data entry tasks, and contributing to the team's success by assisting with related tasks as needed. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Quick and accurate typing and word processing skills, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
