You'll work closely with a cross-functional team to develop strong solutions that inform network strategy and design, improve network performance and supplier engagement, create new supplier offerings, and enhance customer experience. You'll be responsible for analyzing and interpreting large volumes of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions and drive healthcare innovation. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop, validate, and deploy calculations, statistical models, and reporting tools to support business decisions and drive healthcare innovation * Create, validate, and execute calculations and predictive models to explore complex issues, identify patterns, and suggest solutions * Analyze and interpret large volumes of structured and unstructured data to address complex business issues using advanced statistical methods and numerical analysis * Design and implement data pipelines to collect, normalize, and integrate data that produces insights and addresses reporting requirements * Use data visualization techniques to communicate complex findings and support business decisions * Identify and assess the data needs of assigned projects and ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data **Requirements** * 3 years of relevant programming or scientific experience * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to present data to diverse audiences * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues as they arise * Proficiency in multiple areas of data modeling, AI calculations, statistical analysis, data design, and data representation * Ability to work with large datasets from various data sources * Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related field * Graduate degree preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * Healthcare industry experience is a plus **Education** * Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred **Compensation and Benefits** arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $70-$80 per year, plus a range of benefits and perks that support your wellbeing and career growth.
