As a Product Data Researcher, you will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams throughout the development cycle to build exceptional products that delight users worldwide. Key Responsibilities Define, Own, and Refine Product Success Metrics: Work with Product Management, UX, and Engineering to develop a comprehensive metric framework that links to business elevation. Report, Track, and Excuse Key Metrics: Identify critical product functionalities and assess their business impact, making recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with Engineering Teams: Identify and address instrumentation gaps, ensuring accurate data collection for key functionalities, with a focus on business-generating client ventures. Influence Product Strategy: Work with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to apply technical expertise with observational data analysis to address critical business questions. Communicate Data-Driven Insights: Deliver effective presentations of data-driven insights and recommendations to various levels of stakeholders. Essential Qualifications Strong Educational Background: Four-year certification in Measurements, Math, Information Science, Designing, Physical science, Financial matters, or a connected quantitative field, or comparable functional experience. Analytical Experience: 3 years of involvement in examination applications, including data analysis, statistical examination, or business issue resolution, and coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL). Preferred Qualifications Exploratory Design Experience: Experience with exploratory design, data preparation, information examination, review plan, and measurable demonstrating. Operational Support Experience: Experience in essential examination or tasks the executives support, including counseling, the board detailing, and Six Sigma accreditation. Statistical Analysis Skills: Ability to apply factual preparation to genuine information and drive business decisions. Independent Project Management: Capacity to finish projects independently and work with cross-practical groups in a unique high-speed climate. Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Superb critical thinking and decisive reasoning abilities.
