Key Responsibilities Your main responsibilities as a Data Entry Specialist will include: Accurately entering data into our system using a continuous stream of images, with a high level of attention to detail and adherence to quality standards. Identifying document types based on provided information and reviewing and verifying that entered data meets quality standards. Ensuring all Personal Health Information (PHI) remains confidential in compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining the confidentiality of client data. Interacting professionally with other team members as needed and suggesting improvements or enhancements to job processes. Completing all assigned tasks for the day and performing other basic office duties as needed. Hourly Pay and Schedule We offer a competitive hourly pay rate of $12 per hour, with part-time and full-time opportunities available. Full-time employment is preferred, with a minimum of 20 hours per week required.
