You will possess the ability to create relevant dashboards on Power BI and Excel. * Developing robust Data Quality specifications and controls to ensure data integrity and access. * Handling and producing new records pipelines from resource devices to the Data Warehouse. * Working closely with Monitoring and Business Analysts to identify business requirements, maintain complete documentation, and acquire business sign-offs for all reporting requirements, from everyday operational files to high-level metrics. * Generating, sustaining, and cultivating scalable data pipelines and data design. * Utilizing data storytelling principles to create clear and impactful data visualizations using Power BI. * Aiding in automating existing business procedures and boosting exception-based reporting. * Collaborating with IT and BA's to investigate, research, and obtain new data variables (data exploration). * Analyzing large datasets to determine meaningful patterns that provide actionable results. * Evaluating data acquired from multiple sources and resolving discrepancies. * Validating data for correctness by confirming against standards. * Researching data errors and remediating poor data. * Joining the Data Governance plan by updating the data dictionary and plan & procedures. * Analyzing and affirming metrics are effective and providing comments to division innovators of styles that require attention. **Essential Qualifications:** * 2+ years of experience in in-depth data analysis. * Solid experience working with Power BI. * Proficiency in working on various reporting tools like Dimensions, Measures, Filters, Calculated Field, improvements, guidelines, provisional formatting, DAX queries, Interactions, etc. in Power BI. * Knowledge of DAX, SQL, M Code. * Proficiency in SQL, able to create complex SQL to generate files and analytics. * Proficiency in ETL tools including SSIS, PowerBI Dataflows, or other Big Data assimilations. * Solid data modeling experience using star schema or other methods. * Problem-solving through statistical analysis with large data sets highly suitable. * Expertise with SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio), Power BI, and Power Query. * Expertise with Smartsheets. * Strong effort in the progression and timely completion of projects and deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working in a remote environment. * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. * Experience with data visualization tools and techniques. * Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices. **Skills and Competencies:** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Proficiency in using various data analysis tools and techniques. * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. * Strong effort in the progression and timely completion of projects and deadlines. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** arenaflex is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development.
