You'll interact closely with internal clients and colleagues to develop reporting and analytic answers, as well as software design. **Key Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to meet business needs. * Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients; translate results, and make recommendations to business areas based on findings. * Design and develop packages for internal clients. * Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, ensure data integrity and suitability, and determine data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods. * Turn data into actionable insights through reporting solutions. * Troubleshoot technical issues. * Present evaluation and reports to internal clients and stakeholders. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience. * 2-4+ years of experience in one or more of the following: + Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications. + Experience with reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS). + Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript. + Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Transact SQL. + Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad). * Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.). * Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle. * Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL. * Crystal Reporting experience preferred. **Job Benefits** arenaflex offers a comprehensive range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.
