We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes: * Competitive starting wages * Opportunities for wage increments beginning after 3 months of service * Environment-controlled climate * Employee 20% Discount Program for all pet-related needs * 401(k) with company matching * Group building events and company-sponsored lunch meetings * Professional development and advancement opportunities * Protection qualification on the first of the month * Financed child, adult, and pet care through Care.com * Discounts on various products through the LifeMart Discount platform **What You'll Do** As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for: * Connecting directly with veterinary facilities to arrange prescription approvals, resolve client issues, and clarify order requests * Examining and resolving issues to determine proper solutions for clients and center partners, and following up on a case-by-case basis to resolve issues * Completing data entry of prescriptions into blithequark's healthcare software * Maintaining a high level of quality through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders * Working with empathy, attention, patience, compassion, and kindness to clients and partners alike * Working with an eagerness to learn, sharing feedback, receiving feedback, and working in a culture of being open to growth * Communicating with veterinary facilities via telephone (at times via different stations on a case-by-case basis) with various topics, primarily using our internal program and systems to explore solutions and record center note accounts, so being meticulous is essential * Expecting a significant portion of the typical business day will be outbound veterinary center/client telephone contacts **What You'll Need** To succeed in this role, you will need: * 2 years of experience working in a client or healthcare-focused environment * Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and listening) * Ability to perform multitasking (e.g., chatting on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes) * Working with ownership, being a self-starter, and standing out to detail * Capability with Microsoft Outlook * High school education or equivalent * Ability to maintain a Pharmacy Professional License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy where required * Decisive reasoning abilities * Shown ability to perform multitasking and perform well in a fast-paced environment * Ability to adapt to change as per the business needs of the organization * Flexibility to move schedule and stay at work longer than required depending on the situation by the specialty unit * Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive data * Ability to pass background checks **Join Our Team** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
