**Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Quality Management and Clinical Review Operations (Full-Time, WFH)**

We're now seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a full-time, work-from-home (WFH) capacity. **About the Role:** As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of data in our Quality Management (QM) and Clinical Review Operations. You'll work closely with our team to maintain data integrity and confidentiality, while also contributing to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives. Your expertise will be essential in supporting our efforts to deliver high-quality healthcare services and meet our quality targets. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage CVS data entry operations in a WFH setting, ensuring accuracy and timely processing during night/day shifts * Participate in the execution of QM Work Plan exercises, utilizing data analysis and investigation to identify areas for improvement and develop suggestions to meet QM targets * Conduct on-site clinical and clinical reviews for all lines of business, including AHCCCS, DES, and DCS-CHP * Conduct post-employment surveys with clinical and initiative staff to audit review results and help create remedial activity plans * Create review tools for all populations and track fulfillment of remedial activity plans * Maintain information sections on all review tools and participate in the development of quality and scoring guidelines * Participate in QM meetings and contribute to the development of quality improvement initiatives **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, social sciences) * At least 4 years of experience in healthcare or social services * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail and commitment to data integrity and confidentiality * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel * Ability to travel to supplier offices up to 80% of the time **Preferred Qualifications:** * RN or LPN clinical record experience * QM evaluating experience or case management experience * High level of scrutiny and attention to detail **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop suggestions * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clinical and initiative staff * Ability to work independently in a WFH setting, with minimal supervision * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
