Job Overview As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission by accurately entering data into our QuickClaim system. This is a full remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own space. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter data into our QuickClaim system using a consistent flow of images, ensuring attention to detail and efficiency. Identify document types based on provided guidelines, demonstrating ability to follow instructions and adapt to changes. Review and verify that entered data meets quality standards, maintaining a high level of accuracy and precision. Maintain confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards, upholding the highest level of data security and integrity. Collaborate professionally with other team members as needed, fostering a spirit of teamwork and open communication. Suggest improvements or enhancements to job processes, demonstrating a proactive approach to continuous improvement. Ensure all tasks are completed each day before clocking out, meeting productivity and performance expectations. Perform other basic office duties as assigned, showcasing versatility and adaptability. Compensation and Schedule arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package for this role, including: Pay Rate: $12 per hour Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with full-time preferred A minimum of 20 hours per week is required, offering flexibility and work-life balance Available shifts vary between 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, accommodating different schedules and preferences Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: Self-motivation and a strong work ethic, driving results and productivity Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changes, demonstrating flexibility and resilience High attention to detail while maintaining efficiency, ensuring accuracy and precision Ability to learn quickly and follow both simple and complex instructions, showcasing a willingness to learn and grow Commitment to maintaining client data confidentiality, upholding the highest level of data security and integrity Proficiency in reading and speaking English, facilitating effective communication and collaboration Typing Requirements To excel in this role, you should meet the following typing requirements: WPM: 50 WPM at 95% accuracy, demonstrating speed and precision KPH: 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy, showcasing efficiency and productivity Why Join arenaflex?
