Job Overview: Data Entry Specialist As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This full-time, remote position offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home in Puerto Rico, with a schedule that aligns with our Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm PST operating hours. Key Responsibilities: Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and our processes, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices. Investigate discrepancies as they arise, utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently and effectively. Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating your ability to adapt to changing priorities and contribute to the team's success. Qualifications and Requirements To succeed as a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: No prior experience is necessary; however, data entry experience is considered a plus, and we welcome candidates with a strong foundation in this area. A high school diploma or GED is required, providing a solid educational foundation for this role. The ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy is crucial, as is exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that our documentation is error-free and of the highest quality. A desire and ability to be a team player is essential, as you will be working collaboratively with our remote team to achieve our goals. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office is required, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as the ability to type 60 words per minute or more. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in data entry, legal document processing, or a related field is highly desirable, as it will enable you to hit the ground running and make a meaningful contribution to our team. Familiarity with internal systems and software used in the legal document filing industry is a plus, although we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
