Job Summary The Data Entry Specialist position at blithequark is a full-remote, entry-level opportunity available to candidates based in the United States. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately keying applications into our database, maintaining acceptable keying speed and accuracy, and providing support to the deposit room and other teams as needed. Key Responsibilities Key paper applications into the blithequark database with high accuracy and attention to detail Maintain acceptable keying speed and accuracy, meeting productivity and quality standards Assist the deposit room with entering checks, stamping checks, scanning, and indexing as required Provide support for cancellation requests from lenders, agents, brokers, and members, ensuring timely and effective resolution Collaborate with management to identify and address systematic opportunities and issues, contributing to process improvements and enhancements Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of blithequark's database and systems, staying up-to-date with changes and updates Education and Work Experience To be considered for this role, you should have a High School Diploma, with college education preferred. We are looking for candidates with 1-3 years of related experience in data entry or a similar field, although training and support will be provided to ensure your success in this position.
