Key Responsibilities Collaborate with utility teams to outline, define, and capture business needs, leveraging voice of the customer methods to inform data-driven solutions. Design and build robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions. Develop and implement big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions using transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python. Provide guidance on enhancing competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using the massive data ecosystem. Drive consumer tale analysis and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools. Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve quality and efficiency. Work closely with partners from various teams to prioritize, define, develop, and test data for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end process. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need: Hands-on development experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, and shell scripting languages, with a strong understanding of data-driven tasks and troubleshooting. At least 3+ years of experience in data-driven projects, with a strong background in customer service or data entry roles preferred. Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with proficiency in using computer applications and navigating online systems. Flexible availability to work varying shifts as needed, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, with experience working in an iterative and incremental development environment. Experience working with relationship managers/product owners to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables.
