**Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Entry-Level Remote Position for Client Support Services**

As a Client Support Specialist, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with Clients and providing them with a positive experience. Our organization values diversity, equity, and inclusion, and we welcome candidates from all backgrounds to join our team. **Job Responsibilities** As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional Client support to individuals traveling, using freight or luggage services, and resolving their queries and issues in a timely and professional manner. * Handling all aspects of tagging and registration by working with an automated retail location system, boarding, luggage services, reservations, and resolving related issues and complaints. * Managing cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment for tickets, calculating charges, making change, and balancing daily transactions. * Inspecting luggage and freight, answering phone calls to provide information to guests, paging Clients, resolving issues or complaints, and assisting on a case-by-case basis. * Managing oversold Clients due to oversells, delayed or canceled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged baggage, and resolving such issues quickly and within established rules and guidelines. * Providing current and accurate information, schedules, reservations, flight arrival/departure data, and answering general inquiries from Clients and other guests at the airport. * Completing forms and reports as required by the organization. * Writing anomaly and complaint reports as needed. * Performing other work duties as directed by Representative's Supervisors. **Key Skills and Qualifications** * Ability to type and use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed to meet the needs of the job. * Ability to understand reports, follow directions, learn and comprehend tagging techniques, rules, and guidelines. * Ability to work with others as part of a team, meet the public, and work under stressful circumstances. * Ability to complete the Client Support Specialist training program with an 80% or higher average and a passing assessment period. * Knowledge of hazardous situations and ability to handle crises as needed. * Ability to work under close time constraints to achieve quick turnaround of flights. * Ability to maintain a well-groomed appearance in accordance with the Ground Activities Worker Handbook and Work Arrangement. * Ability to perform all job duties within a confined space. * Ability to communicate verbally by phone, in-person, and on public address systems effectively. * Excellent written and oral communication skills. * Ability to convey information and directions verbally or through radio equipment. * Ability to work shift work and overtime. **Education and Experience** * No educational requirements. * No experience necessary. **Certifications and Licenses** * Ability to obtain a SIDA identification and meet all local airport requirements. * May be required by Station Initiative to obtain a Customs Seal and meet all requirements to work international flights. **Physical Abilities** * Ability to lift and move objects up to 70 pounds consistently and frequently lift or move loads of 40 to 50 pounds onto raised surfaces. * Ability to climb, bend, stoop, and stand consistently and for extended periods. * Ability to wear approved attire. **Other Requirements** * Ability to maintain a well-groomed appearance in accordance with organization appearance standards as depicted in established rules. * Ability to be a U.S. citizen or have approval to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986. * Ability to be at least 18 years old. * Ability to follow organization participation standards as depicted in established rules. * Ability to work shift work and overtime. * Unknown language abilities are attractive, but entirely not required. **Benefits and Compensation** * Competitive hourly pay rate, with the potential for future increases based on relevant collective bargaining agreement pay scale. * Valuable opportunities for extra time and shift charges. * Benefits you'll love: + Fly free of charge, as an honor, on any open seat on every Southwest flight (your qualified dependents as well). + Southwest will assist with financing your Retirement Investment funds Plan with Organization commitments up to 9.3% of your qualified earnings. + Potential for yearly Profit Sharing commitment in the Southwest Retirement Reserve funds Plan - when Southwest benefits, you profit. + Competitive medical coverage for yourself and your qualified dependents (including pets). + Southwest offers health plan inclusion choices that begin from the absolute first day of work.
