Whether you're seeking a full-time or part-time opportunity, this position offers flexible hours, with remote options available, allowing you to balance your work and personal life. **Key Responsibilities:** As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: * Input data accurately into blithequark's databases, spreadsheets, or other systems, ensuring that data is entered correctly and efficiently. * Verify and ensure the accuracy of data entry to prevent errors, maintaining the highest level of data integrity. * Organize and maintain files and records , both digital and physical, ensuring that all data is easily accessible and up-to-date. * Review and update existing data to ensure consistency and correctness, improving the overall quality of our data systems. * Perform data cleanup and validation to improve data quality, ensuring that our data is accurate and reliable. * Process forms, applications, and other documents as needed, efficiently and accurately. * Generate reports, summaries, and other documents from inputted data, providing valuable insights to our team and stakeholders. * Adhere to blithequark's policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines , maintaining the highest level of professionalism and discretion. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and data integrity, fostering a culture of teamwork and communication. * Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, providing support to our team and ensuring that our operations run smoothly. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred), demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a willingness to learn. * Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar administrative role , showcasing your ability to work accurately and efficiently in a data-driven environment. * Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy (preferably 45-50 WPM or higher), ensuring that data is entered quickly and accurately. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) , demonstrating your ability to work efficiently with a range of software applications. * BASIC knowledge of database management and data entry systems , showcasing your understanding of data systems and your ability to work with them effectively. * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills , ensuring that data is accurate and easily accessible. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively , demonstrating your ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal , ensuring that you can effectively communicate with our team and stakeholders. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information , demonstrating your professionalism and discretion. **Preferred Qualifications:** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Experience with specific data entry software or tools (e.g., QuickBooks, CRM systems), showcasing your ability to work with a range of data entry systems. * Previous experience in a similar industry or role (e.g., healthcare, finance, logistics), demonstrating your understanding of the industry and your ability to adapt to new environments. **Working Hours and Location:** As a flexible and adaptable team, we offer a range of working hours and locations to suit your needs: * Full-Time: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (with possible flexibility depending on the company). * Part-Time: Varies based on availability, typically 20-25 hours per week. * Remote or On-site: Depending on the company's policies, you may have the option to work remotely or on-site. **Compensation and Benefits:** As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary based on your experience, as well as a range of benefits, including: * Competitive salary based on experience. * Benefits may include health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans for full-time employees. * Hourly rate or fixed salary based on part-time/full-time status.
