Scanning through information to identify pertinent details, correcting errors, and organizing the information for swift and accurate data capture. Creating accurate spreadsheets and entering and updating information into relevant databases with precision and speed. Ensuring data is backed up regularly and informing relevant parties regarding any errors encountered or discrepancies found. Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval and handling additional duties as assigned from time to time. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following essential qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field, such as data entry, administration, or a related role. A good command of English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software applications. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with employees and customers. Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed, including proficient touch typing skills.
