As a Data Entry Operator II, you'll be responsible for operating a computer to transcribe data into a format suitable for computer processing. This role requires the application of experience and judgment in selecting procedures to be followed, and searching for interpreting, selecting, or coding items to be entered from a variety of document sources. **Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Operator II, your key responsibilities will include: * Logging into a computer and accessing work queues to review computer images of documents and code documents using an established list of codes. * Verifying, if required, whether previously extracted information is correct and making corrections to previously extracted information as needed. * Adjusting orientation or lighting of documents. * Referencing work instructions as needed. * Attending mandatory meetings and trainings, working scheduled overtime with minimal notice, and performing other duties as assigned per business needs. **Onboarding & Training Schedule** Our onboarding process is designed to ensure a smooth transition into your new role. Here's an overview of our onboarding schedule: * Orientation: Remote orientation will take place on December 2, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. * Onsite Training: Following the remote orientation, you'll attend onsite training for one week, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM. * Home-Based Training: After onsite training, you'll continue your training from home, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM, for an additional five weeks, dependent on clearance processing. **Regular Schedule** As a Data Entry Operator II, you'll work a flexible schedule, with hours available between 4:00 AM and 6:30 PM.
