If you're passionate about data management, administrative support, and delivering exceptional results, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at arenaflex. **Key Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key duties: * **Data Entry**: Enter customer and account data from source documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. * **Data Management**: Enter new SKUs and pricing in the system, verify data accuracy by cross-referencing with source material, and upload documents/backup records in the Salesforce system. * **Account Management**: Monitor aging of accounts receivable, prepare invoices, and facilitate the collection process to ensure timely payment. * **Inventory Management**: Conduct a hard count of product labels on a weekly basis to maintain accurate inventory levels. * **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support, including answering phones, filing, and handling correspondence to ensure seamless communication and operations. * **Reconciliation**: Reconcile Purchase Orders to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies. **Essential Qualifications** To succeed as a Data Entry Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll need: * **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent * **Experience**: 1-2 years of related experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar field * **Skills**: Proficiency with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access), excellent attention to detail and accuracy, and strong organizational and time management skills **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial for this role: * **Data Entry Software**: Experience with data entry software, such as Salesforce, and proficiency in using various data entry tools and systems. * **Microsoft Office Suite**: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Access. * **Communication**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. **Work Environment and Culture** As a Data Entry Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a dynamic and collaborative work environment that encourages growth, innovation, and creativity.
