Experienced Data Entry Consultant for Global Equity Management – Remote Work Opportunity with Competitive Hourly Rate and No Prior Experience Required

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Consultant to join our Global Equity Management team. As a Consultant, you will be responsible for performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans. You will also process the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan matching share awards. Key Responsibilities Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans Process the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan matching share awards Review equity transaction activity, including transactions related to stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure accurate and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting Research, track, and respond to questions received from participants, system partners, or other stakeholders Support equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities Produce ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations Review and maintain equity management processes and documentation Perform other equity plan management tasks as requested Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience At least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field Experience working with multiple stock plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), processes, and interrelationships of data transfers Ability to analyze and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a global environment with daily interaction with people from different countries, functions, and cultures Strong knowledge of data analysis, accounting, and customer-focused principles Experience with incentive plans, payroll, stock options, and equities Excellent communication and customer service skills Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Strong knowledge of data analysis, accounting, and customer-focused principles Experience with incentive plans, payroll, stock options, and equities Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the development and growth of our employees.
