You'll be responsible for collecting information from employees, customers, and other departments, and entering it into relevant databases in a timely and accurate manner. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently will make you an invaluable asset to our team. **Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Liaising with employees within the company and customers to collect information * Capturing data into relevant databases in a timely and accurate manner * Identifying and correcting errors, and swiftly bringing them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary * Gathering reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients * Scanning through information to identify pertinent information * Correcting errors and organizing the information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing * Creating accurate spreadsheets * Entering and updating information into relevant databases * Ensuring data is backed up * Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered * Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval * Handling additional duties from time to time **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * High school diploma * 1+ years of experience in a relevant field * Good command of English * Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed * Proficient touch typing skills **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be advantageous in this role: * Experience working in a remote or WFH environment * Familiarity with data entry software and systems * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Experience working with databases and data management systems **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Attention to detail and accuracy * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Proficient touch typing skills * Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems * Strong organizational and time management skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our team members with opportunities for growth and development.
