We're dedicated to delivering exceptional service, innovative solutions, and a supportive environment that empowers our employees to thrive. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team, responsible for updating and maintaining information in our databases, providing administrative support, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our operations. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a critical role in supporting our team's efforts to deliver exceptional service to our clients. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare documentation for filing and/or associated correspondence, ensuring accuracy and completeness. * Obtain all necessary supporting information and documentation to facilitate efficient administration of client files. * Respond promptly to ongoing queries and requests from creditors and debtors, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. * Liaise with the administration team to obtain information, documentation, and resolve complex issues, utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM to extract file details and information. * Prepare and review files for completeness, following up on outstanding documents and ensuring accuracy. * Liaise with internal clients to clarify and resolve issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. * Organize file documents in accordance with our naming protocols, ensuring efficient and accurate filing. * Calculate income and surplus income obligations, understanding relevant legal requirements of multiple provincial jurisdictions. * Perform relevant searches for insolvency, Personal Property Security Act registrations, house valuations, and computation of realizable value. * Create all documents required for signature, reviewing sign-up documents for accuracy and policy compliance, and filing documents with the Official Receiver (OR). * Accurately transfer pertinent information from written and scanned records into Ascend (our internal software). * Maintain client confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential. * Liaise with external clients to clarify or resolve outstanding documents. **Electronic Filing of Statutory Documents** * Prepare documents for DocuSign. * Review amended proposals. * Perform other tasks as necessary, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our operations. **Qualifications** * Experienced performing data entry with a proven high level of accuracy. * Extremely detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency. * Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. * Proficient technical skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), with the ability to learn computer software quickly. * Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM would be an asset. * Able to work independently and efficiently, with strong written and verbal communication skills to convey information to others. * Good interpersonal skills to speak and deal effectively with other staff members. **Compensation, Benefits, and Perks** * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options. * Vacation and wellness days, ensuring work-life balance. * Extended health and dental coverage, as well as a virtual doctor plan, promoting employee well-being. * Employee Assistance Program and mental health resources, supporting employee mental health and wellness. * Company matching retirement savings plan, promoting financial security. * Financial support for professional development, empowering employees to grow and develop. * Annual company events, fostering a sense of community and connection among employees. * Exclusive access to perks and discounts, enhancing employee benefits and satisfaction. **Our Culture at arenaflex** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace that's inclusive, diverse, and equitable.
