Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Entry Clerk to join our team at blithequark. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for the daily input of time and production data into our Blue Chip computer system, generating production performance and incentive dollar calculations for all distribution center associates and management. Key Responsibilities Input time and production data for all distribution center associates into Blue Chip computer systems, including summarizing production sheets, checking for accuracy, and reporting errors. Translate DCIS data and calculate performances for each associate covered by the program, as well as calculate individual bonus dollars based on the associate's ability to perform against individual production standards. Generate and distribute production and incentive dollar reporting to distribution center management and payroll on a daily basis. Analyze system output and troubleshoot erroneous data to ensure accuracy and efficiency. File paperwork in accordance with established procedures and rotate files periodically for storage. Participate in other projects as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to learn and grow. Essential Qualifications and Special Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and special skills: Previous clerical or administrative experience, with a strong focus on data entry and accuracy. 10-key experience, with the ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment. Good math skills, with the ability to perform calculations and analyze data. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to maintain confidentiality, with access to sensitive payroll information. Must be able to lift and move boxes up to 25 lbs, with the ability to work in a warehouse environment. Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with distribution center management, payroll, and other stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will make you a more competitive candidate for this role: Experience working with Blue Chip computer systems or similar data entry software. Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution center environment. Knowledge of payroll procedures and practices. Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to identify trends and areas for improvement.
