About the Role: Data Entry Clerk - 3rd Shift We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team at our Carlisle, PA distribution center. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for the daily input of time and production data into our Blue Chip computer system to create production performance and incentive dollar calculations for all DC associates and Management. Key Responsibilities: Data Entry and Analysis: Input time and production data for all DC associates into Blue Chip computer systems, summarizing production sheets, checking for accuracy, and reporting errors (65% of time) Reporting and Distribution: Generate and distribute production and incentive dollar reporting to DC Management and Payroll (15% of time) Troubleshooting and Analysis: Analyze system output and troubleshoot erroneous data (10% of time) Administrative Tasks: File paperwork in accordance with established procedures, rotate files periodically for storage, and perform other projects as assigned (5% of time) Requirements and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: Previous Experience: Previous clerical/administrative experience Technical Skills: 10-key experience (fast and accurate), good math skills, and excellent organizational skills Interpersonal Skills: Ability to maintain confidentiality, good interpersonal skills, and ability to lift and move boxes up to 25 lbs What We Offer: At Blithequark, we offer a competitive compensation package and benefits, including: Competitive Salary: $17/hour + $3/hour shift differential for 3rd shift Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage, 401K offered, paid time off, holidays paid, and anniversary days Perks: In-store discounts, cell phone discounts, and opportunities for career growth and development Our Culture and Values: At Blithequark, we value diversity, equity, and inclusion.
