**Experienced Data Entry Clerk – Energy Services Program Support**

With a focus on enhancing the lives of those we serve, we're proud to be a part of a network of organizations working together to create positive change. **Position Overview** As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining organized and up-to-date digital files to support the day-to-day operations of our Energy Services Programs. This role is a critical part of our team, and we're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join us in this exciting opportunity. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** * Input and maintain updated client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting the current production pipeline. * Monitor emails, logging documents, and communications in the Monday.com platform upon receipt. * Follow program guidelines for the use of all required database systems, including Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc. * Maintain organized digital and paper participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements. * Collaborate with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services. * Assist with various clerical duties, such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc. * Maintain availability for remote work, attending meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as needed. * Attend all required staff meetings, supervision, training, and contractual meetings. * Participate in mandatory agency training and other relevant professional development activities. * Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of the role. * Perform related work as required. **Required Qualifications and Skills** * Associate degree or equivalent professional experience. * Two years of experience in Human Service or a related field, or applicable work experience working with diverse individuals and families with low incomes. * Additional appropriate education may be substituted for experience, or additional directly related experience may be substituted for education. * Bilingual in Spanish preferred. **Why Join arenaflex?** We're proud to offer a range of fantastic benefits to our team members, including: * Health, Dental, FSA, and Vision Insurance: Comprehensive coverage to take care of your well-being. * Paid Time Off (PTO): Generous time off to relax and recharge. * Hybrid Work Opportunities: Benefit from a flexible work environment that suits your lifestyle. * Student Loan Forgiveness: We're here to help ease your student loan burden. * Tuition Remission: Invest in your education with our tuition remission program. * Employer-Sponsored Retirement: Secure your future with our retirement plan contributions. * Pet Insurance: Ensure your furry friends receive the best care. * Employee Discounts: Access exclusive discounts and perks. **Work Environment and Company Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that values your well-being and personal growth.
