Our team of experts is passionate about delivering exceptional results and making a meaningful impact in the financial industry. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk – Alternate Investments Specialist, you will be responsible for processing trade deal purchases, reconciling transactions, and analyzing escalated issues. You will work closely with our Retail and Institutional Service Teams, using email, phone, Slack, Overview, and Salesforce to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in this role. **Key Responsibilities** * Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identify/address breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents * Process Corporate Activity Activities, reconcile transactions, and process/reconcile returns activity * Analyze complex/escalated issues and perform testing/validation of new innovation enhancements and provider modifications * Complete projects in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor profile * Engage with Retail and Institutional Service Teams using email, phone, Slack, Overview, and Salesforce * Collaborate with fund companies, transfer agents, and other external business partners to resolve issues and improve processes **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred * 1-2 years of experience in data entry, reconciliation, or a related field * Strong attention to detail and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Experience with Salesforce and other CRM systems a plus **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the financial industry, particularly in alternate investments * Knowledge of regulatory commitments (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3) * Experience with tax coding and corrections * Familiarity with internal/external system improvements or concerns * Ability to analyze complex issues and provide solutions **Skills and Competencies** * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Proficiency in data entry and reconciliation software * Experience with testing and validation of new innovation enhancements **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
