**Experienced Data Entry Clerk – Alternate Investments (Remote Opportunity)**

Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional results and making a positive impact on our clients' lives. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for processing trade deal purchases in customer profiles, identifying and addressing breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents, and reconciling transactions and returns activity. You will also be expected to analyze complex issues, test and validate new technology enhancements, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our daily operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identify/address breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents * Reconcile transactions and returns activity, including Corporate Activity Activities * Analyze complex issues and provide recommendations for resolution * Test and validate new technology enhancements and provider modifications * Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including Retail and Institutional Service Teams, via email, phone, Slack, Overview, and Salesforce * Collaborate with fund companies, transfer agents, and other external business partners to resolve issues and improve processes * Review and analyze correct tax coding and corrections of income tax coding * Address internal/external system improvements or concerns and provide method or innovation service alternatives to management * RemEDIATE transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm * Provide follow-up on Substitute Expenditure moves to expedite the customer demand or remediate not neat issues * Prompt and accurate finalization of client investing and dividend demands **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook * Experience with Salesforce and other customer relationship management (CRM) software a plus **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in Alternate Investments * Knowledge of regulatory commitments, such as 2340 and 15C3-3 * Experience with tax coding and corrections * Familiarity with TD Ameritrade and other financial software systems * Certification in data entry, customer service, or a related field **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook * Experience with Salesforce and other CRM software a plus * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional results **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** arenaflex is committed to the growth and development of our employees.
