Key Responsibilities Process incoming orders and returns, ensuring timely and accurate data entry and record keeping Prepare and sort documents for data entry, maintaining organized and efficient filing systems Review and enter data updates in our systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Review discrepancies in data received, investigating and resolving any issues or errors Organize monthly sales reporting, providing timely and accurate data to support business decision-making Perform all other office tasks as required, providing administrative support and assistance to the team Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: Previous experience in data entry or other related fields, with a strong understanding of data management principles and practices Excellent typing skills, with high accuracy and speed Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Deadline and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other related tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems Preferred Qualifications High school or equivalent education, with a strong foundation in mathematics and computer skills At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel, with advanced skills in data analysis and manipulation What We Offer At arenaflex, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment, with a range of benefits and perks to support your career growth and well-being.
