Key Responsibilities Gathering invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients. Scanning through information to identify pertinent information, correcting errors, and organizing the information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing. Creating accurate spreadsheets and entering and updating information into relevant databases. Ensuring data is backed up and informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered. Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval and handling additional duties from time to time. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1+ years' experience in a relevant field, such as data entry, administration, or a related field. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, customers, and other stakeholders. Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed, with proficient touch-typing skills. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Experience working in a similar industry or company. Knowledge of database management systems and data analysis tools. Certification in data entry, administration, or a related field. Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment.
