Key Responsibilities Apply statistical evaluation tools and strategies to provide actionable insights and recommendations for the enterprise, utilizing advanced statistical modeling to predict future outcomes and enhance products and processes. Assist in executing statistical and mathematical analyses to support business decision-making across multiple enterprise functions. Develop and apply algorithms and statistical predictive models to assess scenarios and potential future outcomes, participating in the identification of analytical methods and modeling strategies. Apply analytical rigor and statistical techniques to analyze large datasets, using advanced statistical methods such as predictive statistical models, customer profiling, segmentation analysis, survey design and analysis, and data mining. Develop and validate hypotheses using various advanced mathematical, statistical, scientific, and/or computational methods, including probability models, machine learning, data mining, pattern recognition, data visualization, predictive analytics, data warehousing, artificial intelligence, and other complex techniques. Document assigned aspects of projects, including business objectives, data collection and processing, primary methods, final algorithm, detailed set of results, and analytical metrics. Assist in creating materials to explain project findings and present interpretation of results to internal clients. Escalate issues and roadblocks as they occur, interacting with team members and stakeholders to provide semi-regular updates on assigned projects. Prepare and present findings to internal clients, as required. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, or data science. Knowledge of analytics, statistical, or mathematical concepts and techniques, with a strong understanding of data analysis and interpretation. Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes, both within and outside the country. Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as a Master's or Ph.D. in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or data science. Experience working with advanced statistical software and programming languages, such as R, Python, or SQL. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment, with a strong ability to collaborate and communicate with colleagues and stakeholders.
