Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Data Entry and Live Chat Professional to join our team in Costa Rica. As a key member of our Customer Listening Team, you will play a crucial role in handling the end-to-end Voice of the Customer (VOC) process, which includes designing and programming customer experience surveys, analyzing data, and providing insights to drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities Work closely with utility teams to define, frame, and capture business needs Develop knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage this knowledge to define and transform data within the Cornerstone big data platform Design and build robust data model architecture to aid in efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions Enable big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions Provide guidance to enhance competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using big data ecosystem Power customer story evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing and builds automation tools Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve quality and efficiency Essential Qualifications Hands-on development experience on Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven projects for a span of no less than 3+ years Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to the business groups Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with dating managers/product owners to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables Preferred Qualifications Experience working with big data ecosystems and transformational technologies Knowledge of data modeling and data architecture principles Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and technologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively Career Growth and Development Opportunities Work Environment and Company Culture Our company culture is built on a foundation of respect, inclusivity, and integrity.
