Additionally, you will be responsible for assisting, developing, and maintaining our present set of engine-specific and custom tools that we use daily. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify inefficiencies and elaborate areas in our improvement technique across disciplines Maintain, extend, and aid present development tools Build and guide custom asset pipelines Grow our proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures Collaborate with the team to generate candidate solutions and implement the selected solution Facilitate the adoption of the solution by the team and evaluate its effectiveness Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have a strong passion for empowering others to do their best work.
