Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, data entry, and support to our internal teams. You will work closely with our Attractions Functional Innovation team to deliver elite visitor experiences with interactive and data-driven systems across arenaflex Encounters (DX). As a Key Information Researcher, you will assist in the creation, implementation, and maintenance of data analysis and AI (ML) models for our attractions. Key Responsibilities Encourage and develop associations with colleagues, provide idea management, and demonstrate influence by driving activities to the end efficiently and effectively. Engage with research and colleagues, assist with driving ML strategies, and identify areas where business issues can be solved creatively by applying ML. Lead and collaborate with different specialists and data researchers to implement and successfully scale ML solutions to create supernatural experiences for our visitors and push the limits of functional objectives. Drive innovation, proof of concepts, technology cash drives, and customer interactions that lead to growing top-tier AI platforms. Manage functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services delivered by the team. Build standard techniques used in daily operations and work with specialty units to design, plan, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space. Productionize ML algorithms in predictive analysis, classification, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and more, and evaluate their performance on real-world data sets. Collaborate with different teams to achieve goals in improving system performance and coordinate with existing software practices that generate effective code, including automated testing, continuous integration, code style consistency, and code reviews. Essential Qualifications and Abilities To be successful in this role, you will need to have: 2+ years of experience in Python and with predictive modeling experiences, such as TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, and more. 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP. Proficiency in SDLC, QA cycles, and Article-Oriented Programming Design Patterns. Experience with structured and unstructured data (i.e., images, video, text, audio, etc.) and SQL relational and non-relational databases. 2+ years of experience with Wind stream or another data workflow management tool. Experience with version control software, such as GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and the expected outcome, strong communication skills, and determination to complete tasks. Solid systems integration architecture skills, capable of transforming new tech into business solutions. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience with Docker. Experience with control systems. Experience with Kubernetes. Experience with cloud solutions in GCP or another cloud platform. Experience with Atlassian Tools like Jira and Confluence. Experience with Agile development techniques. Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous development. Experience with data visualization and data monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau). Experience with sound analysis. Experience with text analysis. Education A Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Programming, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar technical background is required. A Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Programming, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar technical background is preferred.
