About the Role The Data Entry and Customer Service Specialist role is a critical part of our team, responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date data, as well as providing top-notch customer service to our subscribers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating data, identifying trends and patterns, and making recommendations to improve our data management processes. Additionally, you will be the primary point of contact for our subscribers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
