Job Overview As a Data Entry Associate at blithequark, you will be responsible for reviewing and completing enrichment tasks as defined and trained by our client. Your primary focus will be on performing credentialing-related tasks, including application data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications. You will also be required to follow up with various state boards and credentialing bodies for status updates and verifications, ensuring the accuracy and quality of credentialing data in compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities Review and complete Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by the client, adhering to high-quality standards and contributing to the quality control process. Perform credentialing-related tasks, including application data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail. Follow up with various state boards and credentialing bodies for status updates and verifications, utilizing online databases to cross-check details and ensure data integrity. Verify information provided to our client by third-party entities, using online databases to cross-check details and ensure accuracy. Perform additional duties and tasks as required by blithequark, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have: 6+ months of experience in a Data Entry or Customer Service-related role, although this is not essential, and we welcome applications from candidates with transferable skills. Availability to work 40 hours per week, with weekends off, and a willingness to commit to a full-time schedule. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, with strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex information clearly. Able to support a work-from-home setup, with a reliable internet connection of at least 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable: Previous experience in a data enrichment or credentialing role, with a strong understanding of industry standards and regulations. Familiarity with online databases and data management systems, with the ability to quickly learn new software and technologies.
