Navigate various software tools, websites, and databases with ease, demonstrating proficiency in a tech-driven environment. Copy, paste, and organize information efficiently while ensuring consistency and accuracy. Pull reports, extract relevant data, and generate structured outputs to support operational needs. Utilize ChatGPT to automate tasks and structure data workflows, enhancing efficiency and productivity. Create PDF documents from structured data using provided templates, ensuring professional presentation and accuracy. Learn and adapt quickly to new workflows by following Loom video instructions, demonstrating a proactive and flexible approach to learning and development. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will possess the following essential qualifications: Fast and precise data entry skills with strong attention to detail, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency. Tech-savviness, with comfort in logging into and working with various software platforms, including but not limited to Excel, ChatGPT, and other tools as required. Experience with ChatGPT and writing structured prompts, demonstrating the ability to automate tasks and enhance workflows. Basic proficiency in Excel, including formulas and automation, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and systems quickly. Ability to quickly learn new tools and follow step-by-step instructions, demonstrating a proactive and flexible approach to learning and development. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
