Key Responsibilities and Expectations In this role, you will be primarily responsible for managing data entry tasks with precision and speed, utilizing your proficiency in English language skills, and effectively using Word and Excel for administrative tasks. Your key responsibilities will include: Efficiently managing data entry tasks with a minimum of 40 words per minute, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Demonstrating proficiency in English language skills, with bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish being a significant plus. Utilizing Word and Excel effectively for administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and report generation. Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations. Collaborating with our development team to build tools for migrating organizations, accounts, users, and select Orders components as part of our Beacon-to-Link migration project. Contributing to manual organization and user building in Link, supporting our development team's efforts and ensuring a smooth transition to our new application. Work Schedule and Requirements As a Data Entry and Application Administration Specialist, you will be required to work varying shifts between 8AM-5PM, 9AM-6PM, 10AM-7PM, and 11AM-8PM EST to accommodate divisional support needs. You will need to have a reliable internet connection and a high school diploma or equivalent to be considered for this role. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Reliable internet connection. Proficiency in English language skills. Minimum of 40 words per minute typing speed. Effective communication and customer service skills. Preferred qualifications include: Previous experience in tier 1 helpdesk support and triage. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Experience with Word and Excel. Previous experience in data entry and application administration.
