About the Position This role is a member of the Compliance Group within the People/HR Division at arenaflex. As an Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining legal and regulatory compliance by investigating and communicating requirements. Your primary focus will be on supporting the HR Compliance team and tasks, including acquiring fingerprint/background investigation results, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring database accuracy. Key Responsibilities Support the HR Compliance team with various tasks, including acquiring fingerprint/background investigation results and processing unique fingerprint freedom letters. Maintain associations with TSA, Airport Authority Boards, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services, ensuring seamless communication and compliance. Process daily FBI fingerprints into the Access database and troubleshoot any database issues that may arise. Plan and analyze HR Compliance data between different files, working closely with HRIS and EC systems to ensure data integrity. Conduct high-level investigations, create custom reports/dashboards, and standardize all data used for HR Compliance. Collaborate with clients and the team consistently to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks. Review completed Unique fingerprint Applications for accuracy and retransmit fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse as needed. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree and knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) applications. Experience with the TSA Clearinghouse database is also preferred. Additionally, you should possess advanced Excel skills, including formatting, creating complex formulas, and using Vlookup. Knowledge of advanced Access skills and the ability to interpret large sets of data to create meaningful reports are also essential. Skills and Competencies Strong problem-solving abilities and solid organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment. Knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) applications and the TSA Clearinghouse database. Ability to instruct specialty units on government requirements, internal and external processes, and results.
