**Experienced Data Analyst – Web & Cloud Application Development**

As a Data Analyst, you'll work closely with our Disney Item, Showcasing and Content Curation, and In-Home Promoting and Circulation teams to analyze and interpret complex data sets. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions * Developing and maintaining databases and data systems to support business operations * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions * Communicating complex data insights to stakeholders through clear and concise visualizations * Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization **Key Responsibilities** * Conducting a wide range of quantitative and qualitative analysis exercises, including data collection, data cleaning, and data visualization * Joining disparate data sources using SQL to support business operations * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions * Developing and maintaining associations with research partners within the team and across different divisions of the organization * Breaking down and preparing progressive and impromptu reports involving quantitative and qualitative data for different groups within the item marketing, engagement, and product strategy of arenaflex and the arenaflex Streaming Pack * Managing allocated projects, executing quality assurance cycles, and report tasks and status to supervisor(s) to ensure completion within established timeframes * Working with the Sr. Administrator and team to ensure that each outcome is decisively noteworthy and drives key independent direction * Working together with the team and research groups within Snowflake and Databricks * Maintaining both exceptional verbal and written knowledge of data components and requirements * Answering basic data requests from internal clients * Supporting the presentation of findings based on research conducted and contributing to related business discussions **Essential Capabilities** * Proficiency with SQL, with the ability to extract and join disparate data sources * Ability to extract data and join with different data sources to develop a rich, complete picture for the business * Strong quantitative thinking and analytical skills * Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-speed environment * Excellent communication and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to create clear and succinct visual presentations * Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work effectively in a climate of tight timeframes and constant change **Favored Capabilities** * Proficiency in data handling tools (e.g. SPSS, Q, MarketSight) * Experience with survey tools (e.g. Translate, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) * Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies, ideally cloud-based, like Snowflake, Databricks, or similar * Knowledge of R, Python, SAS, STATA or similar programming languages * Postgraduate education in Statistical Research or Measurement * Quantitative analysis background, either provider-side or client-side * Experience with analyzing survey data to extract significant insights * Experience with membership-based plans of action and procedures **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a leading entertainment and media company * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
